The concert was set up on half of the Sampaguita Ballroom, accommodating 200 guests in concert setting.

Sampaguita Ball is the Annual Charity Ball of the Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc. held at the Bayanihan Arts and Event Center’s Grand Sampaguita Ballroom.

Here is an example of an exhibit setup where the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center is turned into a Philippine exhibit hall, complete with a performing stage. The Cimafranca Library was also converted to a reception office for Consular Outreach Services.
